Care

Do not wash or dry clean -- brush or wipe clean with a damp rag. Rewax as needed to maintain maximum water resistance. To prevent the transfer of oils, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact between Filson oil finish goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.
This warm jacket takes design cues from vintage jackets worn by truckers and ranchers.

The Insulated Short Cruiser is made with our signature Shelter Cloth waxed cotton.

At 11-oz. per square yard, this fabric is midweight for Filson, yet still heavier-duty than its imitators. Strong and flexible, Shelter Cloth comes from England's famed British Millerain, waxed-cotton pioneers since 1880. The PrimaLoft insulation is lightweight and will continue to trap heat even if it gets wet. The collar and cuffs are lined with 100% cotton corduroy for comfort against the skin. Virtually unbreakable metal-shank buttons secure the front closure and waist-adjustment tabs. Large hand pockets plus flapped and slotted chest pockets.
